Welcome to EachBuzz. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to EachBuzz. We run this website and store, along with all associated content, tools, and features, to bring you a curated shopping experience (collectively, the "Services"). Our store operates on the Shopify platform.

These Terms of Service outline what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use our Services. Please read them in full, since they cover important details about your rights, our liability limits, and how disputes are handled.

We do our best to show our products accurately, but keep in mind that colors and details can look different depending on your screen or device. We can't promise that what you receive will look exactly like what you saw online. Descriptions may be updated over time, and we may limit quantities or stop carrying a product whenever we choose.

3. Placing an Order

Submitting an order is essentially you making us an offer to buy. We're free to accept or turn down any order for any reason, and your order isn't final until we've confirmed it and processed your payment. 4. Pricing and Payment

We can adjust prices at any time without advance warning. You'll be charged the price shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email. 5. Shipping

Delivery windows are our best estimate, not a promise, since delays from carriers, customs, or events outside our control can happen, and we aren't responsible for those. Once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, it's your responsibility from that point on.

6. Our Content and Trademarks

Everything on our site, including text, photos, videos, logos, and the way it's all put together, belongs to EachBuzz or the parties we license it from, and it's protected under intellectual property law. You'll need our written permission before copying, sharing, altering, or redistributing anything from our Services.

Sometimes we may offer access to tools built by outside providers. These come with no guarantees from us. They're offered "as is," and we take no responsibility for problems that come from using them.

9. Our Relationship With Shopify

We use Shopify to power our store, but any purchase you make is a transaction between you and EachBuzz directly. Shopify has no part in and isn't liable for issues arising from that transaction, and you agree not to hold Shopify responsible for anything related to your purchase.

Any personal details we collect are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Using our Services means you've read and understood how we handle that information.

11. Your Feedback

If you send us reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you're giving us a free, ongoing, worldwide right to use it however we see fit, including publishing it, adapting it, or building on it. By submitting it, you're confirming it's actually yours to give.

12. Mistakes and Corrections

Every so often, our site might have a typo, wrong price, or missing detail. When that happens, we reserve the right to fix it, and if needed, to cancel or adjust an order that was placed based on incorrect information.

To whatever extent the law allows, EachBuzz and everyone connected to us, including our team, partners, and licensors, won't be on the hook for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to your use of our Services or products. This includes things like lost profits or lost data, regardless of the legal theory behind the claim, even if we'd been warned such damages were possible.

17. Indemnification

If a claim, cost, or damage arises because you broke these Terms, violated a law, or misused our Services, you agree to cover us, and Shopify, for that.

18. If a Section Doesn't Hold Up

Should any part of these Terms turn out to be unenforceable or invalid, that piece gets removed while the rest of the Terms stay in effect.

19. The Full Agreement

These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and any other policies we reference, make up the complete understanding between you and EachBuzz about using our Services, replacing any earlier agreements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under United States law, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with that jurisdiction.

21. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted here, and we'll notify you as required. Continuing to use our Services after changes go live means you accept the new Terms.
